On The Whistle marks writer and director TJ Noel-Sullivan's latest film, and his first under the Hartford Film Company flag. The film follows Luke Adley, a suburban basketball star, as he struggles to impress the uncompromising coach at his new inner-city school. The film is a testament to the support of the Hartford community, and will have a free screening at Real Art Ways when the theater re-opens after COVID-19. Sign up for our newsletter for updates.
