EITAN EHRLICH

Eitan Ehrlich is an artist and endurance athlete from Hartford, Connecticut. Eitan discovered visual storytelling while experimenting with his father’s cameras, and turned to movement–first in running, then cycling and swimming–not only as a form of healing but as a way to carry his family’s story forward. With his dad’s SLR in hand, he began capturing the stories and frames around him.

Eitan studied film production, cinematography, and political science at Emerson College, and has worked behind the camera as a cinematographer across both coasts. His portfolio of work spans narrative dramas, endurance sport documentaries, and commercials which draw inspiration from his lived experiences and shared stories. He aims to create art rooted in endurance, empathy, and a sense of presence, and is stoked to be at The Hartford Film Company.

In his free time, Eitan can be found training for his next endurance event, researching the latest camera systems, and practicing photography.
