Hailey Madramootoo is a Connecticut-born filmmaker dedicated to the art of sincere storytelling. Having graduated in 2025 from the University of Connecticut with a BFA in Film and Video Production, Hailey’s academic career was defined by the philosophy that filmmaking is an inherently collaborative act. This sentiment led her to direct, produce, and contribute to several award-winning student films. Her creative mission is simple: to build cinematic spaces where every viewer can find a reflection of their own story.

At the Hartford Film Company, Hailey draws on her versatile knowledge of the entire filmmaking process. Whether she is managing location sound, assisting with camera, or executing final edits, she brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. Hailey is excited to be a part of this growing team and to help contribute to the future of visual storytelling in her home state.
