LISA MARCHETTI

Lisa Marchetti was born and raised in Simsbury, CT. She grew up surrounded by engineers and scientists, but found herself leaning more into her artistic side. In her early school years, Lisa discovered a passion for writing and storytelling, which, when combined with her love of movies, quickly turned into an interest in filmmaking.

Lisa graduated from Trinity College, where she majored in Film Studies and minored in Italian. Over the course of her studies, she learned about many aspects of the filmmaking process and became an especially talented editor. She is currently pursuing an online master's program in Integrated Communications at the University of Hartford. As a newer addition to the Hartford Film Company team, Lisa is excited for the opportunity to learn and grow as a filmmaker.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys reading, going to the movies with friends, and taking her dogs for long hikes in the woods around Simsbury.
